The status of your entire system. All on one screen.
Condition monitoring and a maintenance control centre in a single system – so you can identify faults before they become costly.

Monitoring systems from three manufacturers, four logins, data stored in separate silos – and the crucial piece of information gets lost. This is exactly where PlantGuard comes in: the system monitors your machinery itself in real time whilst simultaneously consolidating all existing monitoring systems into a clear overview of the situation.
With the integrated condition monitoring system, you can detect impending damage up to nine months in advance. That’s plenty of time to plan maintenance rather than manage breakdowns.
Integrated condition monitoring: vibration and operational data, ranging from broadband parameters to AI-based analysis.
Maintenance control centre: every connected system, one dashboard, one login – manufacturer-independent.

INTEGRATED CONDITION MONITORING
DMT’s Condition Monitoring System has been in use for years in the industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors. In PlantGuard, it is now an integral part of the platform – monitoring and control centre from a single source, with no interface in between.
You decide how deeply you want to delve into the data. From simple trend analysis to root cause analysis – without having to switch systems.
PlantGuard aggregates the status data from its own condition monitoring system and from third-party systems into a traffic-light-style overview of your entire infrastructure.

From the alert straight to the system that triggered it. No searching, no detours.
One login for all connected systems. Less friction, greater security.
Asset master data, history and documents right there alongside.

The control centre does not carry out its own assessments, but rather consolidates the reports from the connected systems. How early an anomaly becomes apparent is determined by the respective source system – with DMT’s integrated condition monitoring, this can be up to 9 months in advance.
You’ll be notified of critical changes by email, messenger or text message – to whoever you choose, whenever you want.
If you wish, our diagnostics experts can take care of ongoing monitoring and, rather than providing raw data, give you clear advice: what’s going on, how urgent is it, and what needs to be done?
Up to nine months’ advance warning through frequency-selective condition monitoring.
Prevent unplanned downtime rather than dealing with it.
All facilities, all sites, one database.
Your existing systems will remain in use.
From a single machine to a network of sites.
Operation in the cloud or in isolated environments.

Condition monitoring refers to the continuous monitoring of the technical condition of machinery, plant and components. Measurement data such as vibrations, temperatures or operating conditions are analysed in order to detect changes at an early stage and determine the optimal time for maintenance work.
PlantGuard not only integrates third-party systems, but also carries out its own monitoring. The integrated condition monitoring system provides its own diagnostics – even in areas where no system has previously reported any issues.
Frequency-selective monitoring detects incipient damage up to nine months in advance. For conditions reported via connected third-party systems, the lead time depends on the respective source system.
The system learns from your plant’s vibration data what normal operation looks like and reports any deviations from this pattern – including those for which no threshold value has been set.
From individual machines through to complex industrial plants and cross-site networks in industry, energy and infrastructure
Vibration data in the form of broadband parameters and spectra, together with operational data such as speed, load, temperature and pressure, to provide context for the evaluation and definition of operating states for triggered measurements
By email, instant messaging or text message, in real time and to the people you’ve specified.
Yes. Diagnostic information from various plants and sites is managed and analysed in one place.
Yes. Systems from manufacturers and suppliers, as well as in-house developments, are integrated, along with your ERP system for master data and historical records. The system operates in the cloud or in isolated IT environments.
PlantSafe has been integrated into DMT PlantGuard. The full range of functions remains unchanged and has been expanded to include the maintenance control centre and AI-based monitoring. For existing customers, there will be no changes to day-to-day operations.
It only takes 30 minutes to see how PlantGuard suits your plants.
