DMT Petrologic: Geophysical expertise for precise subsurface models

Seismic data processing and imaging for exploration, mining and energy

Contact DMT Petrologic now

DMT Petrologic GmbH & Co. KG specialises in the processing, analysis and imaging of seismic data for the raw materials, mining, energy and geothermal sectors. The company supports businesses worldwide in reliably investigating the geological subsurface and making decisions regarding exploration, deposit development and infrastructure projects.

Using 2D and 3D exploration seismic data, DMT Petrologic processes extensive datasets and creates high-resolution subsurface models. The insights gained from this form the basis for the development of raw materials, energy resources and geological structures.

FAQs on Seismic Data Processing and Imaging

Seismic data processing involves the analysis and optimisation of geophysical measurement data to produce an accurate picture of the subsurface. It forms the basis for exploration, mining, energy and geothermal projects.

DMT Petrologic supports companies in the mining, mineral exploration, oil and gas, geothermal, renewable energy and infrastructure development sectors.

CRS is an innovative processing technique that improves the signal quality of seismic data and enables a more reliable interpretation of complex geological structures.

Depth mapping enables a realistic representation of geological structures and reduces uncertainties in exploration and development decisions.

Modern processing techniques can significantly enhance the value of historical datasets. This improves data quality and provides additional insights without the need to carry out new measurement campaigns.
