In addition to your basic salary, you may be entitled to further payments such as a 13th month’s salary, holiday pay, capital-forming benefits or bonus payments.

A significant step towards greater family-friendliness is the ‘berufundfamilie’ certificate, which, since it was first awarded in 2009, has continually motivated us to develop further in this area.
