With an apprenticeship or a dual study programme at DMT, you’ll lay a solid foundation for your career in engineering and technical consultancy.
Our training and study programmes combine hands-on work experience with high-quality professional development. Whether in a technical or commercial field: right from the start, you’ll be working on specific tasks and projects, taking on responsibility and contributing your perspectives to interdisciplinary teams. In doing so, you’ll benefit from working alongside experienced colleagues and from networking with your fellow trainees.
In addition to traditional vocational training, we offer combined study programmes and dual study programmes in various specialist areas. This allows you to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience and develop the skills required for challenging projects in industry, infrastructure, raw materials and energy.
The majority of our apprentices and working students continue their careers at DMT after completing their apprenticeship or degree, contributing their knowledge to the further development of our specialist departments.
During your apprenticeship at DMT, you’ll receive an attractive apprenticeship allowance as well as additional benefits. A laptop and a wide range of training opportunities will help you to continuously develop your professional and personal skills.
Our experienced trainers from the industrial-technical and commercial sectors will involve you right from the start in all the work processes that form part of the working environment at DMT.

In conjunction with an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, an electronics technician or an office management assistant, we offer you the opportunity to complete a part-time Bachelor’s degree whilst continuing to receive a salary from us.
