The DMT VibraTherm transmitter, designed for DIN rail mounting, offers you a solution for the precise monitoring of vibrations and temperatures on industrial machinery and plant. The transmitter continuously measures the root mean square (RMS) value of the vibration velocity and outputs this, together with the recorded temperature value, as a 4–20 mA signal. Thanks to its advanced technology, the signals can also be conveniently transmitted to the receiver via LTE or Wi-Fi. This makes it easy to integrate the sensors into modern IoT infrastructures. Furthermore, the sensor signals are looped through and are therefore available for further processing. The accompanying configuration software allows the transmitters to be easily adapted to the specific requirements of the machine. Combined with a robust industrial design, the transmitter enables early fault detection to prevent breakdowns and maximise the efficiency of your maintenance processes.
