DMT’s Kai Batla and B Chiwale sign a partnership agreement to expand their services in Angola
Johannesburg (South Africa), 26 June 2024 – DMT Kai Batla (Pty) Ltd, the South African subsidiary of DMT GmbH & Co. KG, a globally active engineering services and consultancy firm within the German TÜV NORD GROUP, announces the signing of a significant partnership agreement with B Chiwale Prestação de Serviços, a leading consultancy firm based in Angola. The company specialises in geology, geotechnical engineering, environmental management and socio-economic studies in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. The agreement will capitalise on the strengths of both companies to secure, pursue and deliver projects in Angola and across the region. The collaboration will create synergies that will benefit future projects.
The two companies will jointly pursue and conduct business, guided by the quality standards set by the TÜV NORD GROUP. The expertise and profiles of both companies complement each other perfectly, and the collaboration strengthens the market position of both organisations. They will jointly identify and capitalise on business opportunities in the Angolan market.
