By working in post-mining, Alisha literally keeps the ground from caving in under our feet - an important and eternal task wherever raw materials have been extracted. She started at DMT as a working student in geosciences and is now happy to continue her work for DMT as a project manager. For her, the balance between field and office work, combined with the important responsibility of improving public safety, is what makes her job so rewarding.
