2019

  • Establishment of the subsidiary DMT Consulting Engineers Pty. Ltd. in Australia

2018

  • Change of name and corporate form: from Dr.-Ing. Wesemann Gesellschaft für Ingenieurgeodäsie mbH to DMT Engineering Surveying GmbH & Co. KG
  • Establishment of the subsidiary DMT Middle East W.L.L. in Bahrain

2016

  • Establishment of the Turkish subsidiary DMT GmbH & Co. KG Merkezi Almanya İstanbul Merkez Şubesi

2015

  • Aquisition of the engineering surveying and geodesy company Dr.-Ing. Wesemann Gesellschaft für Ingenieurgeodäsie mbH in Herne 

2014

  • The former IMC subsidiaries are renamed DMT Consulting Ltd (UK), DMT Consulting Private Ltd (India) and DMT Consulting GmbH (Germany)
  • Acquisition of majority share of the South African mining company Kai Batla Pty Ltd

2012

  • Acquisition of majority share of the Höntzsch GmbH in Waiblingen
  • Establishment of the subsidiary PT. DMT Exploration Engineering Consulting Indonesia in Jakarta
  • Change of company name from AGL Associated Geosciences Limited to DMT Geosciences Ltd.

2010

  • Acquisition of the Canadian company Associated Geosciences Limited

2008
