The four-stage start

Already at the application stage, we pay heed to Engineering Performance by not making anything more complicated than it has to be. It normally takes just four steps for you to join DMT.

  1. Finding your position – as the DMT GROUP itself grows, so too does its need for talent. Our national and international business activities allow us to offer you an array of interesting, interdisciplinary deployment options around the world. We look forward to hearing from you, no matter whether you are straight out of university, an experienced manager, a specialist or an expert in your field. Want to specifically search for employment opportunities? If so, visit our job portal and apply online.

  2. Submitting an application – take a look at our vacancies and apply for a position via our online job portal. Please register if you wish to save and edit your application. You can also submit an application without registering. If you are interested in being part of our team and your profile fits the bill, but you can’t currently find a suitable position, we look forward to receiving your speculative application. You can easily send us an unsolicited application here.

  3. Selection process – we will confirm receipt of your application as soon as you have successfully submitted your application online. We will generally provide you with some initial feedback within a week. We consider it very important that we get to know our applicants as best we can in order that we can find the most suitable candidate and for both sides to be happy in the long term. It is therefore not unusual for us to invite you to attend two or three job interviews. The number of participants on our side varies according to the job opening, but we will notify you of the participants’ names and their positions ahead of an interview.

  4. Offer of a contract – following a final interview, we will discuss the concrete draft contract and your target salary. Our intention is to welcome you on board as quickly as possible. Your new co-workers await you.
