Thank you for joining our first webinar for CERA - the first universal sustainable certification scheme for the raw material sector and beyond

Today Andreas Hucke, Nadine Kohl, Lukas Förster and Knut Ansgar Hirsch were joined by more than 70 representatives from along the entire raw materials value chain to explore the topic of certification and sustainability in mining and beyond.

We explored the role of technology, confidentiality and real-life application in raw materials certification and how CERA is working to streamline and simplify the method for ensuring the sustainability of exploration, extraction, processing, manufacturing and the final product.

Working with our partners - including CONFEDEM, DMT, Leiden University, LTU Business, Montanuniversität Leoben - RIC Leoben, RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, Savannah Resources PLC, TÜV NORD GROUP, United Nations - this was the first in a series of webinars that CERA will lead on sustainability and certification in raw materials.
